Refunds/ Returns

All Rebellious Couture custom orders (specifically "Create Your Own Unit" products) are NONREFUNDABLE. Once order is placed it cannot be canceled or returned due that each unit is customized to each buyer. If you made a mistake on your order such as cap size, color, length, etc. be sure to contact us via email with full name and order number within 2-8hrs of placing your order.

Wig Detail

All wigs are measured by circumference only, in sizes Small (21.5 cm), Medium (22.5 cm) and Large (23.5 cm). The most common cap size our customers typically buy is a Medium (22.5 cm) cap as it fits the average head. You can follow the chart below to find which cap size is best for you.

All Rebellious Couture wigs are uniquely made for each buyer. As we put our best efforts to recreate each wig exactly the same, wigs will not come out exactly like the photos.

Our wigs do not go by density. Crafted with top quality extensions, each unit is made with Raw Southeast Asian hair. Bob wigs are made with 2 Bundles + Lace, Lengths 14" - 22" wigs are made with 3 Bundles + Lace, Lengths 24" - 30" is made with 4 Bundles + Lace and Lengths 32" - 38" are made with 5 Bundles + Lace.

Shipping & Processing

Rebellious Couture use USPS (united states postal service) to ship out all orders. Shipping options are available at checkout. Ready to Ship wigs are shipped out in 1-3 business days. Ready to Wear wigs take 7-21 business days to be processed. Once your order is shipped out, an email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have a special occasion that you would like to wear your unit on, we recommend placing your order ahead of time to avoid any unexpected delays (inclement weather, holidays, carrier delays, etc.) that may be out of our control. Rebellious Couture is not responsible for any lost/stolen or damage packages.
