Every Rebellious Couture unit is handcrafted using 100% South East Asian raw hair and priced according to the amount of hair, lace, and craftsmanship required to acheieve a full, luxurious finish.

As length increases, the cost of raw hair also increases. Beginning at 24 inches , each unit is constructed with four bundles instead of three to maintain fullness from root to ends. This additional bundle is reflected in the final price.

We never reduce density to lower costs. Every unit is designed to look full, balanced, and beautiful at every length.

Returns Policy

At Rebellious Couture, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs. Due to the nature of our products, please carefully read the following before placing your order.

All orders are final sale and nonrefundable. Because items are made specifically for the individual buyer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Shipping

Rebellious Couture uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all orders. Shipping options are available at checkout.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Create Your Own Units take 7–21 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is ready to ship, your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Orders are not processed on Sundays, Saturdays, or holidays.

If you have a special occasion you would like to wear your unit for, we recommend placing your order ahead of time to allow for any unexpected delays, including inclement weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances that may be outside of our control.

Rebellious Couture is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rebelliouscouture.org.

We will assist you with the next steps and, when applicable, begin the claim process on your behalf.

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. For order changes, such as cap size, color, length, or other customization details, you must contact us by email within 8 hours of the time your order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate changes requested within that window, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:

Proof of Purchase

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.
