By visiting our website, browsing our store, creating an account, or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional policies referenced throughout these Terms, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. They contain important information regarding our products, custom-colored wigs, ordering process, Order Confirmation Form, shipping, returns, exchanges, product care, limitations of liability, and your responsibilities as a customer.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION

By using our Services or placing an order with Rebellious Couture, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, payment information, and any other information requested during checkout or during the fulfillment process.

You are responsible for reviewing your information carefully before submitting your order. Rebellious Couture is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

Rebellious Couture specializes in raw hair, custom-colored wigs, and glueless ready-to-wear wigs.

Our products may include natural raw hair characteristics and handmade or hand-finished elements. Because of the nature of raw hair and our customization process, each unit is unique.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products through photographs, videos, descriptions, measurements, and other information displayed on our website. However, actual products may vary slightly from website images.

COLOR & LIGHTING DISCLAIMER

Please understand that lighting, photography, video quality, editing, camera settings, device screens, screen brightness, and individual device settings can affect how a hair color appears online.

Colors shown on our website, social media, photographs, and videos may appear different in person.

Rebellious Couture is not responsible for minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, editing, screen settings, or viewing conditions.

If you are purchasing a specific color, please understand that the color you see on your screen may not be an exact representation of how the color appears in person.

SECTION 3 — CUSTOM COLOR & HAND-PAINTED WIGS

Many of our wigs are individually hand-painted and customized.

Because each unit is created individually, no two wigs will be exactly the same.

The placement, intensity, tone, dimension, highlights, lowlights, and overall appearance of a custom-colored wig may vary slightly from the photographs, videos, inspiration images, or another customer's unit.

These variations are an intentional part of the handmade and custom-coloring process and are not considered defects.

If you purchase a wig based on an inspiration image or a previously posted Rebellious Couture unit, you acknowledge that your unit may not be an exact replica of that image or previously created wig.

Our goal is to recreate the overall look, color concept, and aesthetic—not guarantee an identical copy.

SECTION 4 — RAW HAIR DISCLAIMER

Rebellious Couture uses raw hair, including raw Southeast Asian hair.

Raw hair is a natural product and may naturally vary in:

  • Texture

  • Density

  • Luster

  • Wave or curl pattern

  • Strand thickness

  • Color

  • Movement

  • Natural imperfections

Raw hair is not manufactured hair and is not expected to have a perfectly uniform texture or appearance from bundle to bundle or unit to unit.

Our raw hair is selected for its natural appearance, versatility, and quality. Depending on the specific hair used, it may have a natural mid-luster appearance and may resemble a natural blowout rather than an overly silky or artificially uniform finish.

Natural variations within raw hair are not considered defects.

SECTION 5 — HANDMADE & READY-TO-WEAR WIGS

Our wigs are handmade (custom-colored) and/or customized by Rebellious Couture.

Because each wig is individually created, minor variations may occur in construction, styling, layering, color placement, curl pattern, density, or overall appearance.

Ready-to-wear means the wig has been prepared and constructed for your convenience. It does not mean that every wig will fit every customer identically or require absolutely no adjustment.

Individual fit and appearance may vary depending on head size, head shape, natural hair underneath the wig, how the wig is positioned, and personal styling preferences.

SECTION 6 — GLUELESS WIGS

Rebellious Couture specializes in glueless wigs designed to provide convenience and versatility without requiring adhesive for normal wear.

However, glueless does not mean maintenance-free or guaranteed to fit every individual perfectly.

The fit and security of a glueless wig may vary based on your head measurements, head shape, natural hair underneath the wig, how the wig is positioned, and how it is styled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their wig is properly positioned and secured for their individual needs.

Rebellious Couture is not responsible for issues resulting from an improper fit, incorrect positioning, excessive manipulation, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

SECTION 7 — PRODUCT CARE & LONGEVITY

The longevity of your wig and hair depends significantly on proper care, maintenance, storage, styling, and handling.

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions provided by Rebellious Couture.

Damage caused by improper care, excessive heat, chemical treatments, coloring, bleaching, cutting, alterations, excessive manipulation, improper washing, improper storage, sleeping in the wig without proper protection, or misuse may affect the appearance and longevity of the product.

Rebellious Couture cannot guarantee a specific lifespan for any wig or hair product because longevity depends on individual use and maintenance.

SECTION 8 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or limit the availability of any product, color, length, texture, style, or customization option at any time.

Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by any customer, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction when necessary.

SECTION 9 — ORDERS

When you submit an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the selected product(s).

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and Rebellious Couture has confirmed your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify an order when necessary, including in situations involving pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect product information, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

SECTION 10 — ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order before completing checkout.

Please verify your:

  • Wig style

  • Hair length

  • Hair texture

  • Color

  • Cap size or measurements, when applicable

  • Parting option, when applicable

  • Customization selections

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

  • Payment information

Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please review our Refund Policy for specific information regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and eligible order issues.

SECTION 11 — ORDER CONFIRMATION FORM

After placing an order, customers are required to complete the Rebellious Couture Order Confirmation Form.

The Order Confirmation Form is an important part of the ordering and fulfillment process and may be used to collect information necessary to prepare and fulfill your order.

Customers are responsible for completing the Order Confirmation Form accurately and in its entirety after placing their order.

An order requiring an Order Confirmation Form is not considered fully confirmed for processing until the required form has been submitted.

Failure to complete the Order Confirmation Form may result in a delay in processing your order.

Rebellious Couture is not responsible for processing or delivery delays caused by a customer's failure to complete the Order Confirmation Form or provide accurate and complete information.

Customers are responsible for completing the Order Confirmation Form directly through the Rebellious Couture website after placing their order.

The Order Confirmation Form is available on the Rebellious Couture website and must be completed after an order is placed when required.

Customers are responsible for locating and completing the form using the information and instructions provided on the website. Rebellious Couture does not send the Order Confirmation Form by email unless otherwise stated.

If we are unable to obtain the information necessary to fulfill an order after reasonable attempts to contact the customer, Rebellious Couture reserves the right to cancel the order in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that completing the required Order Confirmation Form directly through the Rebellious Couture website after purchase is part of the ordering and fulfillment process.

SECTION 12 — CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom and made-to-order products are created specifically according to the selections and specifications submitted by the customer.

Because these products require individualized preparation, customization, coloring, construction, or labor, customers understand that they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except as specifically provided in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all selected options, measurements, and information provided through the Order Confirmation Form are correct before fulfillment begins.

SECTION 13 — PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is successfully submitted, except in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be successfully processed or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

SECTION 14 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing times and shipping times are separate.

Processing refers to the time required for Rebellious Couture to prepare and complete your order before it is shipped.

Shipping refers to the time required by the shipping carrier to transport your order after it has been shipped.

All shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Rebellious Couture is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, weather-related delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address.

SECTION 15 — LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Rebellious Couture is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently reported as missing, stolen, or misplaced.

Customers should monitor tracking information and make arrangements to receive their packages safely.

If a package is delayed, lost, or appears to be misdelivered while in the carrier's possession, customers may be required to contact the shipping carrier directly and/or file a claim.

SECTION 16 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our current Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

Custom-colored, customized, and made-to-order products may be subject to additional restrictions as stated in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 17 — PRODUCT APPEARANCE & CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

Rebellious Couture strives to accurately represent every product.

However, customers acknowledge that:

  • Colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings.

  • Photography and video may affect how color, texture, density, and movement appear.

  • Custom-colored wigs will have individual variations.

  • Hand-painted color placement may vary.

  • Raw hair naturally varies in texture, luster, density, and appearance.

  • Custom-colored (handmade) wigs may have minor variations from one unit to another.

  • A wig shown in a photograph or video may not be identical to the customer's finished unit.

  • Styling, lighting, camera angles, and editing may affect the appearance of the product.

  • Inspiration photos are references for the desired overall aesthetic and are not guarantees of an exact reproduction.

Purchasing a product constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these natural, handmade, and custom variations.

SECTION 18 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Rebellious Couture website, including but not limited to our name, logo, branding, photographs, videos, graphics, product descriptions, written content, designs, slogans, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Rebellious Couture and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of Rebellious Couture's intellectual property is prohibited.

SECTION 19 — CUSTOMER PHOTOS, REVIEWS & FEEDBACK

SECTION 31 — CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT BEFORE PURCHASE

Before completing an order, customers are required to acknowledge that they understand the following:

I understand that Rebellious Couture specializes in raw hair, handmade wigs, hand-painted custom colors, and glueless ready-to-wear wigs.

I understand that lighting, photography, editing, camera settings, and my device or screen may cause colors to appear different from how they look in person.

I understand that custom-colored and hand-painted wigs are individually created and that no two wigs will be exactly the same. Color placement, tones, highlights, lowlights, dimension, styling, and overall appearance may vary.

I understand that raw hair is a natural product and may vary in texture, density, luster, wave pattern, and overall appearance.

I understand that photographs, videos, inspiration images, and previously created wigs are used as representations of the overall look and are not guarantees that my wig will be an exact replica.

I understand that proper care and maintenance are necessary to preserve the quality and longevity of my wig and hair.

I understand that glueless does not guarantee a perfect fit for every individual and that fit and security may vary based on my head size, head shape, hair underneath the wig, and how the wig is worn.

I understand that I am required to complete the Order Confirmation Form after placing my order when one is provided or requested, and that failure to complete the required form may delay the processing of my order.

I understand that I am responsible for reviewing my selected product, specifications, shipping information, and applicable policies before completing my purchase.

By checking the required box and placing my order, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the product-specific information provided on the website.
